This Privacy Policy applies to the Constitution-भारत का संविधान app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created as a Free service. This service is provided "AS IS".

The Application is primarily an offline reference application. We do not require you to create an account, nor do we intentionally collect, store, or transmit any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to our servers.

Local Data Storage

The Application uses on-device local storage to save your preferences, bookmarks, and quiz progress. This data remains strictly on your device and is not transmitted externally.

Third-Party Services

• Google Play Services: Used for core application functionality.
• Google Analytics for Firebase: Used to collect aggregated, anonymous usage data such as which screens you visit and how long you spend on them. This helps us understand how users interact with the app and improve the overall user experience. No personally identifiable information is collected through this service.
• AdMob: Used to serve advertisements within the Application. AdMob may use advertising IDs (such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple Identifier for Advertisers) and cookies to serve personalized ads based on your interests and past usage.

Advertising and Cross-Promotion

Cross-Promotion: Occasionally, we may display internal promotional dialogs or advertisements for other applications developed by us (Logic Path Systems). We do not collect or share any personal data when these internal promotions are displayed. The app only tracks the number of times you have opened the app locally on your device to determine when to show these promotions.
