Logicpath Systems ("we," "our," or "us") operates the EPA 608 Exam Prep mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our App.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1.1 Information You Provide

We do not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information through the App.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you use the App, the following information may be collected automatically:

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Usage Data: App interactions, features used, session duration, crash logs, and performance data.
• Advertising Data: Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID) provided by your device, which can be reset or opted out of in your device settings.

1.3 Information Collected by Third Parties

The App uses the following third-party services that may collect information:

• Google Analytics for Firebase (optional): May collect app usage analytics to help us improve the App.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use collected information to:

• Operate and maintain the App
• Improve App performance and fix bugs
• Display advertisements through Google AdMob
• Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience
• Comply with legal obligations

We do NOT use collected information to:

• Identify you personally
• Sell your data to third parties
• Send you marketing emails or push notifications (we do not collect your email through the App)

3. DATA STORAGE

3.1 Local Data

All study progress, quiz scores, SM-2 spaced repetition data, streak information, and settings are stored locally on your device using encrypted local storage (Hive). This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.

3.2 No Account or Cloud Sync

The App does not require or support user accounts. There is no cloud sync. If you uninstall the App, all local study data is permanently deleted.

4. ADVERTISING

The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. You may see personalized ads based on your interests (determined by Google) or non-personalized ads based on contextual information.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by:

• Adjusting your device's ad settings (Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization on Android)
• Resetting your Advertising ID in device settings

5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information. 6. DATA SHARING

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share automatically collected, non-personally identifiable information with:

• Google AdMob for advertising purposes
• Google Firebase for analytics purposes (if enabled)
• Law enforcement if required by law

7. DATA RETENTION

Local data (study progress, scores, settings) is stored on your device until you clear App data or uninstall the App.

Automatically collected data (crash logs, usage analytics) is retained according to Google's standard retention policies.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your data
• Opt out of personalized advertising
• Request information about data collected

Since all study data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. You can delete all data by clearing the App's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.

9. SECURITY

We take reasonable measures to protect information collected through the App. Local data is stored using Hive encrypted storage. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App and on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
