This App is an independent educational tool.

2. Offline Functionality & Data Privacy

The primary feature of this App—reading the Constitution and taking practice quizzes—operates entirely offline on your device.

  • No Account Required: We do not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information to use the core features of the App.
  • Local Storage: Your bookmarks, reading progress, and quiz scores are saved locally on your device. We do not upload, sync, or store this personal data on our servers.

3. Information Collection, Advertising, and Use

While your app usage and progress remain on your device, we use third-party services that may collect anonymized usage data to help us improve the App and to serve advertisements. We do not collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, email, or address.

3.1 Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase)

We use Google Analytics for Firebase (provided by Google LLC) to understand how users interact with the App and to identify crashes.

Firebase Analytics may collect:

  • Usage Data: Which chapters are read most, quiz completion rates, and screen views.
  • Device Information: Device model, OS version, and mobile network information.
  • Crash Reports: Diagnostic data if the App crashes.

3.2 Advertising (Google AdMob)

Our App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements to keep the app free. AdMob is provided by Google LLC.

We value your trust in using our App. While no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, the offline nature of our core features inherently protects your reading activity from network interception.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is intended for general audiences for educational purposes. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
